Foreclosure Homes For Sale
By Jayme Hanson

If you are looking for a simple answer on how does foreclosure work, I don't think there is one. As a home owner who has fallen behind on their mortgage payments, you need to decide (hopefully within 30 days) if you are experiencing only a temporary cash flow issue and will be able to continue making payments.
